MINDFUL EATING – Learn to become a mindful eater. Do you know what happens in our body when we overeat? And how would you know that you’re full? I mean, sometimes we just keep eating until we’re ‘stuffed’, but then it’s too late. In this session we will discuss all this and more, finishing off with a beautiful mindful eating exercise.
FOOD SENSITIVITIES – Do you feel frustrated when you have to ask the waiter about each and every ingredient in your order? Do you get gassy and bloated after certain foods, or maybe all foods, or maybe you can't even point a finger on which foods don't sit with your gut. In this session you will learn why we develop food sensitivities and how to overcome them. We discuss the main offenders, why they happen, and how to substitute them with healthy alternatives for a happy healthy gut.
